It was a good deal, I felt confident.

I really appreciated that I was fit in for repairs w/o an appointment. My car was back on the road the next day. Unknown to my service advisor,This unexpected breakdown could have been disastrous because I need the use of my car for medical appointments. My service advisor was very courteous and kept me informed about everything.

Service was performed quickly and staff was polite and professional.

Had an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was out of there in an hour,it was a quick and professional service.

They did most of what I asked. The oil change and tire rotation. I had asked why the tire Pressure sensors work for the front but not the rear on the phone making the appointment. When leaving all my tires read nothing. On star report still gives me the pressures every month thou. They did not say they even looked at them.

I called for service appointment and was able to get the appointment when I wanted it. John was very nice when scheduling. The day of the appointment was great. I was able to wait in waiting area & the service was done very quickly.

I got a flat tire in the morning before work. I called Outten and they got be in for service within a few hours and fixed my tire. Everyone at Outten is very nice & professional. I am glad that my Equinox was purchased there. I take it in for any service needed and the staff is always great.

The appraiser told me he was going to sell my car for $32,000 and a few days later after I bought a truck, I looked on your website and the car was for sale for $37,559. I brought my vehicle in for oil change, tire rotation and an ignition issue. Everything was handled promptly. Making the appointment online was super easy.

Helpful in checking out concerns about evap purge valve, which I still think is cause of check engine light but doesn’t stick when at dealer

The tech and service advisor spent a lot of time making sure our car was done correctly. Had an electrical issue and tech found problem and replaced several bad parts and tested. So far so good. Wife and I very pleased!

I travelled from our home in Florida to visit our daughter in Pennsylvania. While there the check engine light came on as well as a message indicating the motor was in reduced power mode. The service department and Service Advisor Scott were extremely helpful. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and repaired the vehicle under warranty. The vehicle was ready ahead of schedule allowing us to make our return trip to Florida.

I have been coming here for over two years now with my vehicle for routine maintenance and have always had a pleasant experience. This time my car was brought in for an unexpected big repair. The communication was not there, the timeframe of when it was expected to be completed was not accurate and the manager who I got in touch with ghosted me after I agreed to the amount. This did not feel like the customer/service center relationship they pride themselves on. I was very disappointed with this experience.

I was there on 7.21.26 to replace the spark plugs on my vehicle. During that time, everything was perfect. The multi-point courtesy inspection was done on my vehicle and there were absolutely no issues with my vehicle. Everything passed and was green. Two days later, I was back at the service department. I had an appointment to get 4 new tires put on my vehicle. While waiting for my car, a woman (I cannot remember her name) came over to me and stated that the cabin air filter and engine filter need to be replaced. She showed me (what I assume) were both filters that came from my vehicle. I asked her how much it would be to replace them and she quoted me around $200.00. I told her No. I then asked her why my filters were looked at when I was there to have my tires replaced. She stated that this is a courtesy that the service department does. I then asked her why this was not brought to my attention when I was there two days ago. She gave me some excuse. I told her that absolutely under no circumstances I want those filters replaced. When I left the dealership, I looked at the multi point inspection that was done and it stated that my cabin air filter and engine filter "requires immediate attention". Two days ago....there was NOTHING wrong with my air filters. IN TWO DAYS....80 MILES...my filters went from being "Checked and OK at this time" to "Requires immediate attention". THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! How do I know those were the actual air filters from my car? Why is someone going under the hood of my vehicle when I am there to have tires replaced? I am so angry about this. Clearly someone is lying about how bad my air filters are just to get a commission on selling products. I have been coming to this dealership for over 20 years for service and car buying. I am extremely disappointed.

Scott and Outten team in Allentown did a great job with my Chevy truck, replacing the fuel pump and resetting the BCM. They were able to fit me in before the July 4th holiday which was appreciated.
