A complaint was that fob failed to start car remotely or while in the car. The mechanic said he tested it and it started the car. Two days later it is not working again. It will not open the door when standing right beside the car. A couple other questions weren’t answered either. Have there been any recalls on this model? And what does it mean when the triangle turns completely red?

Very transparent and considerate to the budget I set for repairs. I’ll never take my car anywhere else. They had a loaner car ready for me. The loaner car was a joy to drive. That gave me some thought to plan for a new purchase on the coming years. Overall the best team of people.

My service advisor Scott Hower was very professional and friendly. They took my truck in right away and had me finished up in an hour and a half I appreciate the quick turnaround. The technician Brock did a great job on all services performed. To sum it up I had a great experience.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We have purchased several cars with Outten. Our most recent was a lease trade in for our daughter. Kristian and Garret searched the states high and low to find a Equinox in Cacti Green for our daughter. They kept us informed through the process and made the deal as smooth as possible. She cannot be happier! She constantly says she loves her car.

Dyllon was fantastic. He was not high pressure and was very personable. We were glad he was our salesman. On the other hand, and why I rated you 3-star, is there was another man, I’ll assume a sales manager, who abruptly walked into our discussion, never introduced himself, was aggressive and rude, and basically said he couldn’t honor my request to reduce the sales price because he’s getting the car from another dealer. Besides being rude, he also lied to me. I’m certain a dealer to dealer trade is not done at the MSRP. He insulted my intelligence. It’s a shame because our experience was soured by him even though Dyllon did such a great job.

As I’ve noted many times I feel it is the best dealership around. I have been a client for over 40 years. The service and support from staff is excellent. At the Outten Allentown Dealership Makenzie was excellent as she happened to be outside as we arrived. She worked with us as we struggled because of me forgetting our GM card $ from Marcus--Goldman Sachs. We purchased the RS Equinox EV which was detailed by the employees to perfection.

I took my Colorado for inspection and emission testing. Scott and John were there to greet me and get mw checked in. The tech took my truck back for work at the appointment time and I was on my way in under an hour. My truck was as clean as when it went in and no other issues. I have been a customer at Outen for over 10 years and will continue using their service dept.

I had a coupon to get a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation for $95, but it appears that they put in regular oil, according to the invoice, but was charged full price. Synthetic oil cost more and has a longer than 5,000 mile life.

Some misconception but the manager handle it well,service is great

Went in without expecting to make a deal due to prior experiences at other dealerships and Kristian beat all of my expectations. On the test drive he was able to answer all of my questions and was very understanding of my situation with rolling negative equity from my last suv over. When it came to negotiations, they went faster than I expected since previously at other places I’ve sat for hours waiting for a deal. In the end we were able to meet halfway and make a deal that was mutually beneficial and fair. From start to finish all of my expectations were best by the sales team.

Joseph was great to work with! No pressure to purchase, which is exactly why we did! Another dealership was extremely pushy and almost annoying to a point, which is why I had no desire to work with them. Joseph was patient and gave us all the information we needed for the vehichle my husband was intrested in. Once my husband did the test drive, it was a done deal. We were in and out in about 1hr 45mins and drove home with the new truck. Id highly recommend Joseph at Outten in Allentown to anyone in the market looking for a new car/truck!

The appraiser told me he was going to sell my car for $32,000 and a few days later after I bought a truck, I looked on your website and the car was for sale for $37,559. Don’t appreciate being lied to. Otherwise Dillan my sales person has been awesome and honest. Not sure if I’ll be back to buy another truck.
