Joseph was great to work with! No pressure to purchase, which is exactly why we did! Another dealership was extremely pushy and almost annoying to a point, which is why I had no desire to work with them. Joseph was patient and gave us all the information we needed for the vehichle my husband was intrested in. Once my husband did the test drive, it was a done deal. We were in and out in about 1hr 45mins and drove home with the new truck. Id highly recommend Joseph at Outten in Allentown to anyone in the market looking for a new car/truck!

Service was completed on time. Service Team was very friendly & courteous.

Went in without expecting to make a deal due to prior experiences at other dealerships and Kristian beat all of my expectations. On the test drive he was able to answer all of my questions and was very understanding of my situation with rolling negative equity from my last suv over. When it came to negotiations, they went faster than I expected since previously at other places I’ve sat for hours waiting for a deal. In the end we were able to meet halfway and make a deal that was mutually beneficial and fair. From start to finish all of my expectations were best by the sales team.

Shawn sealed the deal by helping me with lease rates and terms. This is my 4th lease from Outen and when this one is over I will go back for another. I had a coupon to get a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation for $95, but it appears that they put in regular oil, according to the invoice, but was charged full price. Synthetic oil cost more and has a longer than 5,000 mile life.

The dealership was very responsive and helpful. After the sale they checked in several times to make sure I was completely satisfied! I would definitely buy another vehicle from them!

No Problems

The staff was friendly, upfront with costs and services, and had my car done in a timely manner.

They did most of what I asked. The oil change and tire rotation. I had asked why the tire Pressure sensors work for the front but not the rear on the phone making the appointment. When leaving all my tires read nothing. On star report still gives me the pressures every month thou. They did not say they even looked at them.

The tech and service advisor spent a lot of time making sure our car was done correctly. Had an electrical issue and tech found problem and replaced several bad parts and tested. So far so good. Wife and I very pleased!

I travelled from our home in Florida to visit our daughter in Pennsylvania. While there the check engine light came on as well as a message indicating the motor was in reduced power mode. The service department and Service Advisor Scott were extremely helpful. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and repaired the vehicle under warranty. The vehicle was ready ahead of schedule allowing us to make our return trip to Florida.

Always have excellent service. Service staff is trustworthy and always willing to answer Any questions I may have. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and hopefully we’ll be for another 40 . Best dealership in the Lehigh Valley.

The appraiser told me he was going to sell my car for $32,000 and a few days later after I bought a truck, I looked on your website and the car was for sale for $37,559. I have been coming here for over two years now with my vehicle for routine maintenance and have always had a pleasant experience. This time my car was brought in for an unexpected big repair. The communication was not there, the timeframe of when it was expected to be completed was not accurate and the manager who I got in touch with ghosted me after I agreed to the amount. This did not feel like the customer/service center relationship they pride themselves on. I was very disappointed with this experience.
