What is the destination charge on a Colorado?

$2,095 for 2026. It is separate from the MSRP and applies to every trim. The 2025 charge was lower, so a figure carried over from last year will be wrong.

Which Colorado trims have low range?

Trail Boss, Z71 and ZR2. All three carry a two-speed case. On the Work Truck, Custom and LT the available four-wheel drive is a single-speed system with no low range, which is the detail most worth checking before you order.

What is the difference between the Trail Boss and the ZR2?

The Trail Boss adds a factory lift, 32-inch all-terrains and 9.5 inches of clearance; the ZR2 and Trail Boss page has the geometry trim by trim. The ZR2 steps up to a 3-inch lift, DSSV dampers and lockers at both ends on 33-inch mud-terrain tires, 10.7 inches of clearance and a Baja drive mode. The Trail Boss keeps the full 7,700-lb tow rating; the ZR2 is rated at 6,000.

Is there only one cab and bed on the Colorado?

Yes. Chevrolet builds the 2026 Colorado one way only: crew cab, five-foot bed, five seats. That is why the whole lineup stays under 213.2 inches long and fits driveways and parking decks a full-size crew cab does not.

Does the 2026 Colorado need premium fuel?

Does Pennsylvania road salt affect a Colorado?

It affects every truck here. Road salt is on Route 22, I-78 and PA 33 from late November into March, and the freeze-and-thaw that follows is hard on brake hardware, underbody fasteners and wheels. Washing the underbody through the season is the highest-value habit in this region. Rust-through is covered for 6 years or 100,000 miles.
